When you stumble upon a patch of Wild Garlic (or Ramson, as it is also known) in Ireland, you keep the location secret. It’s a bit like Truffle Hunting in Italy, you tell no one where the good places are!
I have known this particular patch for quite a few years now, and each year, it is more prolific. Let’s hope it stays that way.
