Food Photography Series –


The Tower Restaurant is located at Millmount, Drogheda, Co.Louth.  I am lucky to be able to eat here quite regularly, and take a few photographs of the wonderful food, produced by Head Chef Mark Fearn and his team.


 Melon and Parma Ham Mille Feuille – Crisped Parma Ham, Melon Balls, Ricotta Cheese, Rocket and Parmesan


 Blood Orange Sorbet – Palate Cleanser


Steak Night! – 10 oz dry-aged rib eye steak, with caramelised onions, pepper sauce and fries


Local Strawberries and Cream – Panna Cotta, Strawberry Sorbet, Strawberry Gel,  Crumbed Chocolate base.
